(A) Obstructing. It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct any hydrant or fireplug in a manner as to interfere with the easy approach to or the convenient use of the same by the Fire Department. (1983 Code, § 7-2)
(B) Painting. It shall be unlawful for any person, other than employees, agents, or other persons authorized by the town, to paint any hydrant or fireplug belonging to the town.
