(a) Any and all monies collected pursuant to Title Nine, Chapter 185, Section 185.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio, shall be distributed, for further allocation by the Administrator/Finance Director of the Village of Whitehouse, in allocation formula of: thirty percent (30%) to be distributed to Income Tax Account A (Capital Improvements) and seventy percent (70%) to Income Tax B (Operational Expenses) as hereinafter determined by this Council and/or the Administrator/Finance Director.
(b)
Said allocation of tax monies as collected and distributed pursuant to the formula herein shall commence for income tax monies received by the Village on or after January 1, 2018 and continuing in said allocation for subsequent years or until said allocation shall be changed by legislative action of this Council.
