Town licenses required under this chapter may be issued under the direction of the Town Administrator upon showing evidence of having obtained a similar state license and compliance with all provisions of state law and of the codified ordinances including the Town Zoning Code. No person shall fail to obtain a town license for any activity pertaining to the sale, possession for sale, distribution, manufacture, or transportation of alcoholic beverages for which a state license is required.
