(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violations of the provisions of § 111.11 of this code shall be punishable by a fine of up to $500.
(C) Upon the failure of such person or persons to arrange the bond required in § 111.14 of this code, such person shall be placed in jail until such bond is procured or until a trial for the violation is had.
