§ 50.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty in § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever fails to pay garbage pickup charges and is delinquent three months therefor shall be fined $25 on a first offense, and $50 for a second or subsequent offense.

   (C)   For violations of § 50.06, the penalties shall be as follows:

         First offense            Written warning

         Second offense            $25 fine

         Third offense            $50 fine

         Each additional offense      Mandatory court appearance
