§ 50.06 TIME AND PLACEMENT OF WASTE MANAGEMENT GARBAGE CONTAINERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to place the Waste Management or other garbage collection device at curbside more than 24 hours before the regularly scheduled pickup day.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to leave the Waste Management or other garbage collection device within 20 feet of curbside more than 24 hours after the regularly scheduled pickup day.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to place the Waste Management or other garbage collection device in any city street.
