§ 50.04 BURNING, DUMPING GARBAGE PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to burn any garbage except in incinerators that have been approved by the Fire Department.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dump or throw garbage, trash, refuse, leaves or any accumulation of same on any vacant lot, street, or alley in the city.
