§ 96.113 GENERAL REMEDIES.
   (A)   Other remedies unaffected. The remedies found in this subchapter are not intended to displace any other remedies of law or equity found in the common or statutory law of the state that may be available to the city, a citizen of the city, or any public or private entity to abate or prevent a nuisance.
   (B)   Citations. Code Enforcement Officers are authorized to issue citations or notices of violations to any person in violation of § 96.111.
   (C)   Abatement. In addition to the authority found in this section, Code Enforcement Officers are authorized to take such action as may be reasonable necessary to abate nuisances within the city. For the specific nuisances that are defined in § 96.114 below, Code Enforcement Officers may use the associated method of abatement which is deemed to be both a reasonable and necessary response by the city to abate a nuisance.
