§ 90.39 BARKING OR HOWLING DOGS.

No person shall allow any dog, unprovoked, to bark, bay, cry, howl, or make any other noise continuously to the disturbance of any person who may reside within reasonable proximity of the place where such dog is kept at any time of the day or night.
