§ 90.35 RESTRAINT REQUIRED.
   All dogs must be kept under restraint at all times, even though they have rabies vaccination and city tags. Cats do not have to be kept under restraint; however, pet owners are responsible for their pet's actions. Every dog or cat in heat must be properly confined.
