§ 90.02 PROPER PET CARE.
   (A)   Animals must be properly cared for at all times with proper food and water, shelter and veterinary care.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful, for any person, firm, or corporation to abandon any dog, cat, or other animal within the corporate limits of the city.
