Any unloaded trucks may be driven off designated truck routes and parked overnight at the residence of the driver thereof, residing inside the corporate limits of the city, provided that such truck shall not be so parked on any street or public right-of-way in the city or in any part of any front yard set-back as set forth in the Zoning Regulations (see Chapter 155), and provided further that this section shall not apply to any loaded truck.
