§ 70.01 TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNALS AND DEVICES.
   All traffic-control signals and traffic-control devices shall be established by the Traffic Committee. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the directions of any lawfully placed traffic-control signal or device, unless otherwise directed to do so by a law enforcement officer.
