• Daycare centers (more than 15 individuals).
• Extraction industries.
• Guesthouses.
• Kennels and animal training centers.
• Livestock where density exceeds the table in subsection 11-3-22B of this title:
• Land inside City subject to conditional use permit.
• Retreat center.
• Schools (K - 12).
• Stables and riding academies.
