1761.03 PERMITS.

No swimming pool or appurtenances thereto shall be constructed, installed, enlarged or altered until a permit has been obtained from the Building Inspector. The approval of all City, County and State authorities having jurisdiction over swimming pools shall be obtained before applying to the Building Inspector for a permit. See also Section 1761.99 - Penalty.
