Should proper permits not have been obtained and inspections performed in accord with the Codes referenced herein and the practices and procedures of the Building Code Enforcement Office of the City, then the penalty sections contained in Sections 1753.19 and 1733.99 of this code shall apply, as well as all applicable remedies to violations as provided in the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code as adopted herein.
