The International Existing Building Code as adopted herein is hereby modified by the following additions and amendments as respectively indicated:
(a) Omit reference to 2012 International Fire Code and substitute 20 NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, with the amendments which are explanatory in nature and no adoption is necessary.
