(a) The rules and regulations attached to Original Ordinance 12738 are hereby adopted and made a part of this article as fully as if set out at length herein.
(b) Whoever violates any such rule or regulation shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
