Each of the swimming pools named in Section 931.02 may be used for a period not in excess of two weeks during any calendar year in furtherance of the “Learn to Swim” Program. The date, hour and other detail incident to the “Learn to Swim” Program shall be as prescribed by the City Manager. The City Manager is expressly authorized to permit participants in the “Learn to Swim” Program to enter any of the swimming pools without payment of the admission charge. (Ord. 15253. Passed 5-7-19.)
