911.04 HEIGHT OF WIRES.

No person shall place or string any wire to be used as a conductor of electricity over any street or sidewalk at a height of less than thirty feet above such street or sidewalk. This section shall not apply to any wire strung from any point of support to any place where use is to be made of such wire.
