Every person applying for a license for any show or exhibition described in Section 781.02, shall, with such application, deposit with the City Treasurer as security for the payment of the tax imposed herein the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each exhibition of circus or menagerie or like show; the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for each side show in connection with such circus or like show; the sum of five dollars ($5.00) for each separate entertainment or exhibition for which a fee is charged at any street or other carnival; and the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for any other public show.
