741.03 LICENSE AS DISTRIBUTOR OR BREWER.

Licenses, as a distributor or brewer, shall be issued by the Licensing Officer upon written application and upon the exhibition of a State license as such distributor or brewer and the payment of the license fees provided in Section 741.04.
