ARTICLE 547
Tobacco Usage Restrictions

547.01 Legislative intent.

547.02 Sale or gift of cigarette, cigarette paper, pipe, cigar, snuff or chewing tobacco to persons under eighteen; penalty.

547.03 Use or possession of tobacco or tobacco products by persons under the age of eighteen years; penalty.

547.04 Use of tobacco or tobacco products in certain areas of certain public schools prohibited; penalty.

547.05 Sale of tobacco or tobacco products by vending machine in public places.

547.99 Penalty.
