The city administrator, the city building inspector and the city attorney are hereby authorized and directed to cause title to any real property which would otherwise be acquired by the city in the enforcement of any lien for the cleaning, mowing or maintenance of any lands within the city or the removal of any abandoned vehicles or the removal and demolishing of any structures upon any lands in the city to be conveyed to the Wewoka industrial authority to be held and disposed of by said authority in accordance with the directions of the board of trustees of such authority.
