(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violations of § 111.05 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
(C) Violations of § 111.06 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
(D) Violations of § 111.07 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
(E) Violations of § 111.08 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both the fine and imprisonment.
