(A) Any person who sells or displays tobacco products at retail must post conspicuously at the place of business a sign stating the following:
It is the law. We do not sell tobacco products to persons under 18 years of age. |
(B) The sign shall also provide a toll-tree telephone number for the purpose of reporting violations of the Prevention of Youth Access to Tobacco Act, 63 being O.S. §§ 1-229.1 et seq.
