§ 110.18 FACILITY CONDITIONS; RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Sanitary facilities. Every beer tavern licensed pursuant to this subchapter shall, as a minimum, provide sanitary and toilet facilities as required by the ordinances or Health Department regulations governing beer taverns.
   (B)   Physical sports not permitted. The management of any beer tavern shall not permit therein any type of fighting, boxing, wrestling or other contest of physical strength.
   (C)   Dancing not permitted. The management of any beer tavern shall not permit therein any type of dance by tavern patrons.
   (D)   Loud or offensive noise not permitted. No loud or offensive noise, music or conversation shall be permitted.
   (E)   Gambling not permitted. It shall be unlawful for the manager of any beer tavern to permit therein any gambling, betting, operation of a lottery or any other game of chance.
   (F)   Nudity not permitted. It shall be unlawful for the manager of any beer tavern to permit therein any person to present themselves to the view of the general public while in a state of total undress. Ample coverage of all sex organs, both male and female shall be required at all times.
   (G)   Intoxicated persons not to loiter. It shall be unlawful for the manager of any beer tavern to permit intoxicated persons to loiter about the premises.
   (H)   Intoxicating liquor not permitted. The manager of any beer tavern shall not knowingly permit any person to possess, buy or sell any alcoholic beverage in excess of 3.2%.
