§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person convicted of a violation of § 90.01 of this chapter shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $20, including both fine and costs, and each day shall constitute a separate offense.
