§ 90.01 HOGS, COWS AND OTHER LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to keep any hog, shoat or pig within the city limits.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any cow, calf, yearling, whether male or female, or to keep any horse, mule or colt within the city limits, except they may be kept in the following manner. The lot and stall, or stable, wherein such animal as described above is kept shall be kept in an enclosure on the alley, which enclosure shall contain not less than 1,500 square feet of ground for each such animal, and no part of such enclosure shall be nearer than 60 feet to the dwelling of the keeper of such animal, or to the dwelling of any other person living adjacent thereto. All manure shall be collected daily and kept in a pile, and shall be removed once each week. The premises shall be disinfected not less than each 15 days. Such animal shall not be allowed to become a nuisance in any manner.
