§ 90.02 NUMBER OF DOGS LIMITED.
   (A)   Each household shall be allowed to maintain no more than two adult dogs over the age of six months, per residence.
   (B)   For owners with more than two adult dogs, there shall be declared a moratorium on breeding of these animals until the owner shall have only two adult dogs.
   (C)   Any female that has pups shall be allowed to keep them until such time as they are weaned, but may not keep any additional pups from the litter, unless used as a replacement for another adult dog.
