(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, corporation or entity violating any provision of § 52.01 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable for a fine of not to exceed $200 and each day that any violation of any provision of § 52.01 of this chapter is allowed to exist shall be and constitute a separate offense.
