10-1-33: STANDARDS FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES:

All recreational vehicles placed on sites within the flood plain on the community's Flood Insurance Rate Map will either:

   A.   Be on-site for fewer than one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days;

   B.   Be fully licensed and ready for highway use. A recreational vehicle is ready for highway use if it is on wheels or jacking system, is attached to the site only by quick disconnect-type utilities and security devices, and has no permanently attached additions; or

   C.   Will meet the permit requirements of Section 10-1-13 of this Chapter and the elevations and anchoring requirements of manufactured homes in Section 10-1-32 of this Chapter. (Ord. 99-02, 7-6-1999)
