3-3-4: ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; TERM; NONTRANSFERABILITY; FEE:

Licenses required by this chapter shall be issued for a term of one year as provided in section 3-1-5 of this title. No licenses issued hereunder shall be transferable, and there shall be no charge made to the licensee for any license hereunder. (Ord. 04-05, 12-7-2004)
