All licenses are for the fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. All licenses must be renewed each fiscal year. There shall be no proration of license fees for a license issued after the beginning of the fiscal year and there shall be no return of such fee to businesses which discontinue their operation prior to the end of the fiscal year.
