521.067 NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION.

Any residential lot within the Village that has new home construction adjacent to a lot or lots with an existing sidewalk shall have a sidewalk the full width of the property. Any residential lot within the Village that has new home construction which is not adjacent to a lot or lots with an existing sidewalk shall not be required to install a sidewalk.
