(a) No person shall construct or repair a sidewalk or a driveway across a sidewalk within the Village’s street right-of-way without first obtaining a permit from the Fiscal Officer’s office. A separate permit shall be obtained for each property involved and all permits shall be valid for one year from date of issue.
(b) The permit fee shall be free. If a person does work on the sidewalk without a permit he will be fined $25.00.
