521.062 INSPECTIONS.
   (a)   Upon a complaint setting forth the location of a defective sidewalk, the name of the complainant, and any other necessary information, the sidewalk committee (appointed by the Mayor) shall schedule an inspection of that sidewalk.
   (b)   The sidewalk committee shall establish routine inspections of sidewalks in the Village. A regularized inspection of the condition of sidewalks throughout the Village shall be accomplished on a cycle dividing the Village into sidewalk improvement districts, and inspection and repair shall be accomplished according to the program schedule established.
   (c)   All new construction, grading, repairing or replacing of such sidewalks shall comply with the sidewalk requirements in Chapter 521 and Chapter 1113 of the West Unity Codified Ordinances. The office of the Fiscal Officer shall have copies of the specifications.
