377.02 RESTRICTED USE OF ROLLERBLADES, ROLLER SKATES AND SKATEBOARDS.

No person shall operate or ride rollerblades, roller skates, or skateboards upon a street, sidewalk or public parking area within the Downtown Business District of the Village, as defined in Section 377.01(d).
