(a) The following streets are hereby designated as emergency snow streets: Jackson Street (from Liberty Street to Water Street) and Main Street (from North Street to Lynn Street). Such designation shall become effective at such time as Emergency Snow Street signs are posted along said streets.
(b) No person shall park a motor vehicle on a street which has been designated as an Emergency Snow Street between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. and at any time when the snow accumulation upon said street reaches two inches or more. Parking may be resumed upon said street during permitted hours at such time as the snow has been removed and until the snow accumulation again reaches two inches or more.
(d) Violation of this section shall constitute a minor misdemeanor.
