(a) No person shall park a school bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, truck of more than one ton capacity, bus, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailers or moving van on any street within the Residential Districts of the Municipality between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(b) No person shall park a school bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, truck of more than one ton capacity, bus, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailers or moving van on any street or in any parking lot within the Downtown Business Districts of the Municipality except in parking areas or parking lots specifically designated and labeled “SEMI PARKING ONLY”.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
