925.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00), and each consecutive calendar day shall be considered a violation and separate offense.
