(a) A deposit with the Fiscal Administrator of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) shall be required from all applicants prior to commencement of water service to a residential premises not owned by the applicant. This deposit shall be refunded to the applicant upon termination of service when the service account of the applicant is paid in full. If the service account of the applicant is not paid in full within ten days of termination of service, the Fiscal Administrator shall apply the deposit toward satisfaction of the unpaid service account.
(b) The deposit requirements as set forth herein shall become payable January 1, 1987. (Ord. 2023-02. Passed 4-13-23.)
