(a) The following special charges shall be effective immediately subject to reduction or adjustment as established by the Village Water Regulations:

Delinquent account turn off/on collection | $50.00 |
Replacement of meter damaged by user | current cost of new meter |
Unauthorized turn-on, fraudulent diversion of water, or any other violation of these rules, if not pursued under Ohio R.C. regulations | $100 per violation |
