925.04 LATE CHARGE AND DEFERRED PAYMENT PLANS.

(a) Users of water from the Village, who fail to pay water charges when made due and payable shall be subject to ten percent (10%) late charge and shall be added to user's bill.

(b) Deferred payments shall be in accordance with the then in effect version of the Village of West Unity's Municipal Utility Services Termination Manual.
