(a) No owner, agent, lessee, tenant or occupant of any lot or land located within the Village shall discharge into a public sanitary collection sewer constructed and used solely for the purpose of collecting and conveying sanitary sewage any water from roof drains, foundation drains and other clean water connections.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
