505.013 PROHIBITED ANIMALS.

   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor, maintain or have in his possession or under his control within the Village any of the following:

   (a)   Any domestic farm animal unless granted a permit pursuant to Section 505.012;

   (b)   Any wild animal;

   (c)   Any dangerous animal;

   (d)   More than three dogs or three cats unless granted a permit pursuant to Section 505.012;

   (e)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense.
