(a) No person shall park any trailer, vehicle or automobile within any municipal parking lot designated as “SEMI PARKING ONLY” except as specifically provided in subsection (b) hereof.
(b) All Municipal parking lots designated as “SEMI PARKING ONLY” shall be reserved for the parking of school buses, commercial tractors, agricultural tractors, trucks of more than one ton capacity, buses, trailers, semitrailers, pole trailers or moving vans.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
