181.09 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

   The funds collected on or after January 1, 2019, under the provisions of Section 181.02 shall be deposited and disbursed as follows:

   (a)   Twenty-five percent (25%) of the funds collected shall be deposited in the Capital Projects Fund; and

   (b)   Seventy-five percent (75%) of the funds collected shall be deposited in the General Fund.
