(a) The Village Zoning Inspector may cause to be posted at each entrance to such building, structure or portion thereof, a sign to read “DO NOT ENTER, UNSAFE TO OCCUPY, VILLAGE OF WEST UNITY, OHIO.” Such sign shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove such sign without permission of the Village Zoning Inspector or for any person to enter the building, except for the purpose of making the required repairs or of demolishing same.
