Any subdivision annexed to the Village of West Unity, Ohio shall be required to comply with the same subdivision standards as any new subdivision developed within the Village.
(a) The annexed subdivision’s inhabitants shall be responsible for the total cost of bringing the subdivision up to the standards mentioned in this chapter, including without limitation the cost of upgrading or installing storm and sanitary sewers, water lines, streets and related improvements.
(b) The assessments of the annexed subdivision’s inhabitants for such improvements shall be based on the procedures specified in the Ohio Revised Code.
